FIRE SAFETY CONSULTING

Fire protection is mandatory in all facilities and institutions where any economic operator carries out activities. It is not only a legal requirement (Act XXXI of 1996), but also extremely important from a health and safety perspective to be familiar with fire safety regulations and standards.

The primary objective of fire protection is to prevent the occurrence of potential fire incidents and, if an incident does occur, to limit the spread of fire using appropriate equipment. Safe working conditions can only be ensured if employees receive proper training and act in accordance with the provisions set out in the fire safety documentation. To achieve this, a qualified professional is required who can transfer this knowledge to employees in a clear, responsible, and understandable manner.

1 . What fire safety tasks must companies carry out?

  • They must create a safe environment for employees, including the workplace itself as well as areas used by consumers and customers.

  • The activities and operations of companies must be carried out under safe conditions that eliminate all fire and explosion hazards.

  • In the event of a fire occurring during operations, appropriate equipment must be available that both signals the problem and supports effective firefighting and mitigation.

  • The products manufactured and the services provided, when used as intended, must not endanger employees during production nor end users during normal use.

2 . What fire safety–related services do we provide?

  • Preparation of fire safety regulations and documentation, as well as the review and company-specific adaptation of existing documents.

  • Planning of fire alarm and evacuation procedures, including the development of detailed action plans.

  • Designation of escape routes and placement of mandatory signs and safety notices.

  • Installation of fire safety equipment, as well as their periodic maintenance and inspection.

  • Provision of fire safety training, examinations, and regular audits.

  • Representation of the company during authority inspections and assessments
